We bought these glasses to replace a similar design we bought at Crate and Barrel about 5 years ago which has since been discontinued. They are large enough to hold a 12 oz soda with ice. The milli fiori pattern is beautiful and cheerful, and everyone who has seen them remarks on them. The little bubbles in the glass are very pretty, too.These should not be used in the dishwasher on a 'heated dry' setting: they may crack (this is why we had to replace our other glasses). But they are fine in the dishwasher if you don't use the heated dry setting. And of course you can always hand wash them, too.
