The dishes I would rate a 5 but, even though Amazon's website continues to say that they are in stock, I still have not received an order I placed in January and now was notified that they would not ship until July. I had this problem the last time I ordered Pfaltzgraff from Amazon, they said they were in stock but didn't receive them for months and only then after complaining directly to customer service. I had hoped that was a fluke but it's happening again (very unusual for Amazon). Love the price but can't seem to get the product. I'll be cancelling the order and won't try again.Edit 9/10/2007 - received yet another notice that this is being delayed - now until November! And yet this page says 'usually ships in 2 or 3 days' - not likely. At this point, the joke is whether they will ever fill this order.
Edit 7/9/2007: Decided to leave order active (Amazon sent e-mail promising that shipment would happen before July) and have now been notified that product won't be delivered until September. At least their page now says item not available but this is really poor customer service for Amazon.
