My husband and I registered for this set as part of our wedding registry.I LOVE the color red and he loves white, so we thought this was the perfect balance.I also thought Mikasa had a good quality reputation.Man, was I wrong.I poured coffee into one cup and it cracked!Isn't a mug supposed to hold coffee?!We put another in the dishwasher and it chipped - it says it's dishwasher safe right on it!The best part is that it wasn't placed near any other items!So I reached out to Mikasa's customer service department and they didn't even offer to replace the items - they said I could purchase a new set.Um, I have twelve, I don't need more!!!We've had them for three weeks and two mugs are trashed - so much for Mikasa standing by their "quality" products.
